" Secluded Inlet "

An oil painting by Riley Geddings
This artist has painted a secluded inlet off the Florida Bay.
"SECLUDED INLET"
This was an original oil painting on canvas seascape and was painted in 2005.
This is a painting of a very secluded inlet, hidden just off the Florida Bay. This inlet is typical
of many inlets and small islets created by Mangrove Trees.
This painting is entitled "Secluded Inlet" because it certainly appeared as such to this artist.
As you can see, the artist has captured the beautiful colors of the waters, along with the thick, secluded Mangrove islands.
Notice Mr. and Mrs. Pelican resting on old pilings ! This certainly adds authenticity to this painting
as they pause for a while under the gently swaying palm trees !
The sailboat, along with the seagulls, are a nice addition and gives the viewer a sense of tranquility and relaxation.
The artist resides in Florida near Tampa, and specializes in typical Florida scenes and seascapes.
He is listed on many well-known art and artists internet web sites.
